I know, our school is a very late starter. I have been at work for two weeks for meetings, and various student groups have been on campus for orientations and such, but our first day of classes is this coming Monday, September 8th. This year I am teaching Calculus BC (again – my 6th year in a row), our regular Geometry course, and and independent study in Linear Algebra with one of my BC students. In addition I am sharing department chair duties with a friend of mine.
I have my handouts ready, plans for what will go on Monday, good ideas about the direction the year will go, and some rough outlines to work from. My video cameras and microphones will not be ready, but I imagine it will take a couple weeks and then I can start working on that.
